Lomná museum

The museum can be found in the wooden cottage in the village center, the original of which dates back to 1852 and it house a local school. The original of this building was moved in 1974 to the depository of the Wallachian Museum in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm. A replica was therefore constructed in this place according to the original documentation.

The museum is full of historical heritage of Lomná village, including chronicles, photo albums, recordings of older citizens and original exhibits. You can buy souvenirs and taste local specialties.

Every year, the museum hosts the charioteers’ race (Vozatajské závody), the autumn fair, Easter and Christmas exhibitions, Christmas manger exhibitions and historical photographs.
